Hi, I’m Amee — a licensed mental health therapist, soul-driven creative, and gentle disruptor of traditional healing spaces.

For over 15 years, I’ve walked beside people on their most intimate and invisible journeys — through grief, burnout, emotional overwhelm, and the quiet ache of needing to feel seen. As someone who has lived through deep personal transformation, I know the courage it takes to begin again — to choose yourself, to untangle old narratives, and to make room for joy again.

But healing doesn’t only happen in therapy rooms. It happens in poetry, in sunlight, in ritual, and in the quiet moments where you dare to feel something fully. That’s why I created The Emotional Alchemy Lab — a space where mental health meets creativity, and emotional pain becomes the raw material for art, reflection, and soul growth.
