What is the Emotional Alchemy Lab?
The Lab is a self-guided, creative healing portal that helps you transform difficult emotions into art, insight, and growth. It includes guided writing prompts, sound rituals, visual tools, and oracle-based reflection.
What’s the difference between Creative Medicine and the Emotional Alchemy Lab?
Creative Medicine is about integrating creativity into your everyday healing—through art, movement, voice, and ritual. The Emotional Alchemy Lab is one specific offering within that philosophy, focused on emotional transformation using multi-sensory tools.
Do I have to be “artistic” or “spiritual” to use these tools?
Not at all. You only need curiosity and a willingness to feel. Everything is designed to meet you wherever you are.
How do I order the “Messages from the Quiet” oracle deck?

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, I offer international shipping through Gumroad, though additional fees may apply based on your location.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Due to the nature of my healing tools and digital downloads, all sales are final. If something arrives damaged, please reach out so I can make it right.
Are you accepting new therapy clients?
Sometimes! I work with a limited number of 1:1 clients. You can check availability on the Work With Me page or join the waitlist.
Are sessions in-person or online?
All therapy sessions are currently held online via secure video platform. Workshops and retreats may include in-person options (announced via email).
Do you accept insurance?
Yes! I am also a private pay provider. I can offer superbills, sliding scale, and work with a company that allows for OON (out of network). Reach out for details.
How do I join the Sacred Circle or Healer Network?

What’s the difference between the Community Circle and the Healer Network?
The Community Circle is for anyone seeking collective healing and shared rituals. The Healer Network is for wellness professionals interested in collaboration, growth, and resource sharing.
